Q: Will My Dog Fit On The Mat?
A: For your peace of mind before you purchase, you can measure out a towel or small blanket to the mat size (45cm x 65cm) and get your dog to sit & lay down. This size mat is specifically made for smaller dogs but we are in the process of making a larger mat

Q: What can I fit in The Dog Mum Bag?
A: Phone, Keys, Lip Balm, Poop Bags, Sneaky Treats (you know, all the essentials)

Q: Will my dog actually use it?
A: Yes :) Most dogs settle on their own mat pretty quickly, especially with a treat. Pop it down at home first so it smells familiar before you head out.

Q: How do I clean it?
A: The mat is machine washable on a delicate cycle when it really needs a good clean, inbetween uses you can wipe with a damp cloth. For the Bag, only wipe down with a damp cloth. Allow both to dry before storing.

Q: Is it comfy for my dog?
A: It’s a potable mat that keeps your dog off the hard concrete floor with a thin layer padding that can be used year round without being hot in the Summer months. 

Q: What if I don't love it?
A: Full refund on unused items within 14 days. Return postage is at the customer's cost.
