At Ollie & Co, we aim to make every order feel special, from the moment you click checkout to when your pup’s new favourite accessory arrives at your door.

Processing Times

All orders are packed with love and care in Queensland, Australia.

  • In-stock items ship within 1 business days of your order being placed.

  • Pre-orders will ship once stock arrives estimated dates are shown on each product page.
    If there are any unexpected delays, we’ll reach out via email to keep you updated.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post and trusted courier partners.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or holiday periods.

Local Delivery or Pickup (Rockhampton / Yeppoon)

If you’re local to Central Queensland, we may offer local delivery or pickup for select orders.
You’ll see this option at checkout when available.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Australia.

Please note: International orders (including the UK) may be subject to customs duties or import taxes (such as VAT). These charges are set by your local government and are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, contact us at ollie@ollieandco.com.au and we’ll help investigate.

Pre-Orders

If you order a pre-order item with in-stock products, we’ll ship your order together once all items are ready to go.
If you’d prefer the in-stock items shipped separately, please contact us, additional postage fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the courier, it’s in their care.
If your parcel is delayed or goes missing, we’ll assist you in lodging an investigation with the courier service.
Replacements or refunds for lost parcels are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.
